Signs (2002)

No. 28 Signs
Plot line: A family living on a farm finds mysterious crop circles in their fields which suggests something more frightening to come.
Tag line: A message. A warning. A sign...of things to come.
Trivia: Johnny Depp was originally approached to star.
Factual errors: The aliens come out of the corn fields at night. Their severely painful reaction to water would prevent this as corn leaves collect a large amount of dew. Walking through a corn field late at night will leave you pretty soaked.
Quotes: Bo: There's a monster outside my room, can I have a glass of water?
Graham Hess: Come on, now, you're too old to be doing this. You get a glass of water, and leave it lying around instead of finishing it. Now what's wrong with this one?
Bo: It has dust in it.
Graham Hess: And this one?
Bo: A hair.
Graham Hess: And this one?
Bo: Morgan took a sip and it's got his amoebas in it.
Mel Gibson, Jaoquin Pehonix, two cute kids, and Director M Night Shyamalan in a tiny cameo role. Personally I think this is one of Shyamalan's best films since Sixth Sense. Way better than his two follow up films to this one. The plot is full of twists and runs smoothly giving you just what you need to know without blowing the whole mystery.
